1. Who we are

Trestelo ("Trestelo", "we") provides a platform that helps businesses manage and convert customer conversations. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and, at a high level, within the platform. For questions, contact hello@trestelo.ai.

2. Data we collect on this website

When you submit the demo-request or contact form we collect your name, work email, company, industry, and any message you include. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for. We do not sell this information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

3. Data processed in the platform

Businesses using Trestelo ("customers") connect communication channels through which their own customers' messages, contact details, and appointment information are processed. For that data, our customer is the data controller and Trestelo acts as a processor: we process it to provide the service, under the customer's configuration and instructions.

  • Each customer's data is held in an isolated data space; it is never shared between customers.
  • Access within a customer's team is role-based and enforced on every request.
  • Sensitive operations are recorded in audit logs.
  • Our support staff access customer data only through scoped, time-limited, audited grants.
  • Retention policies and deletion processes are configurable per customer.

4. AI processing

Trestelo uses AI language models to respond to customer conversations. Responses are grounded in the business knowledge each customer has reviewed and published. Conversation content is processed to provide the service — including by third-party AI providers under data-processing agreements — and is not used to train models for other customers.

5. Cookies and analytics

This marketing website uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for it to function (for example, remembering your theme preference inside the application). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@trestelo.ai. If your data is processed inside a customer's workspace, we may direct your request to that business as the controller, and we will assist them in fulfilling it.

7. Changes

We will update this policy as the product evolves and note the revision date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting platform customers are communicated directly.
