Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Trestelo platform and this website. Business customers subscribe under an order form or subscription agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. The service

Trestelo provides software that engages customer conversations, captures and qualifies leads, schedules appointments, and supports human handover. Features vary by plan. We may improve or modify the service; we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business knowledge and keep it current — automated answers are grounded in what you publish.
• Use connected messaging channels in line with their platform policies and applicable law.
• Obtain any consents required to communicate with your customers.
• Keep account credentials secure and assign team roles appropriately.

4. AI-generated responses

Automated responses are generated from your published knowledge and your configuration. You control escalation rules and can pause automation at any time. Trestelo is not a substitute for professional (medical, legal, financial) advice, and the service is designed to hand such topics to your team.

5. Data

Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy, keep it isolated per customer, and provide export capabilities so your systems of record stay current.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam or unlawful communications, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to probe or disrupt the platform's security.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those in your subscription agreement, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
